We were using TimeSlips and were not getting the customer support we needed. With CosmoLex, that is easily available and accessible through the site and if not, there is always someone there to help. The knowledge database is my favorite. Most, if not all, of my questions have been answered through it. The quickness of entering time and ease of the dashboard are also great. The staff is really helpful and friendly. They helped work with us on a template for our invoices and got one set up specifically for our needs.
